西兰卡普
Xilankapu
相传，土家山寨有位聪明美丽的姑娘西兰，心灵手巧，最爱织锦，常到山上白果林里采集百花，然后把花儿织到布匹上，这使得白果林里的卡普王子深深地爱上了她，不巧，被妒忌她的嫂嫂发现，说西兰欲与人私奔，气得哥哥拿起斧头追赶，不料，西兰和卡普被挥斧砍倒树砸中，西兰不幸身亡，为了纪念西兰姑娘，从此土家人把她的织锦取名为“西兰卡普”，来延续他们动人的爱情故事。
Tradition has it that, Tujia fortified mountain village had an intelligent and beautiful girl naming Xilan, she was ingenious, her favorite was tapestry, often climbed the mountains to collect flowers in the fruit forest, and then wove the flowers woven into the cloth, which made that Kapu Infante fell in deep love with her, unfortunately, it was found by her elder brother's wife to envy her, her elder brother's wife said that Xilan would eloped with other man, her angry elder brother took an ax to catch up, unexpectedly, Xilan and Kapu were slew in the forest, Xilan unfortunately died, to commemorate Xilan girl, Tujia people named her tapestry as “Xilankapu” to extend their touching love story.
